"I never felt so comfortable being myself until I had seen you dance" is one of the most compelling compliments to receive off stage. Help unleash your prowess, build self confidence and emote to connect with the audience. In this class you will be led through a discussion, dance warm-up to get into the body, walking the floor, staging routines, and capturing moments of stillness, movement and eye contact to support the character you are emoting to extend your energy out beyond the stage. By the end of class whether you perform on stages big or small, this class will have audiences at your full attention. You're invited to come play regardless of gender, age or dance experience. This class is sensual. Bring heels and an open mind.

In this workshop we'll be focusing on a few select moves and combining them into a short choreography so you can put what you learn into practice and utilize smooth transitions from move to move.
All levels welcome and heels are optional.
Bring knee pads and comfortable clothing. Socks and leggings are helpful for sliding across the floor.
